We are seeking a product development individual for our Estonia-based startup.

This person could be located in Europe with the flexibility to participate in accelerator programs and our development efforts in various locations.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in product design, consumer sporting goods, wearables, and mechanical engineering, along with experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulation. The ideal candidate will possess skills in modeling, designing, 3D printing, and prototyping in these fields. This individual will have the opportunity to become a co-founder and play a vital role in our innovative startup, Human Nature Technologies.

This individual should possess
advanced skills and experience in 3D printing methods, specifically SLA, SLS, and FDM
. These methods are the most viable options for prototyping and manufacturing our technology.

Our company focuses on developing advanced technologies for impact and vibration elimination and reduction. We have created a proprietary topology with the potential to revolutionize various industries, including helmets, personal protective gear, automotive, aerospace, impact/vibration protection, and construction. We successfully completed the Climate-KIC Climate accelerator program and were among the top 20 teams in the Protron program.

As a potential co-founder and Chief Product Officer, you will contribute to the development of our technology and lead the engineering efforts to implement it across various applications.

The primary emphasis will be on helmets and protective gear, including military helmets, other combat gear, and "dual-use" products.

This is a unique opportunity to join a startup with strong intellectual property and be involved in creating cutting-edge solutions that will significantly impact industries worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative engineering solutions.

Iterate through prototype testing, creating core technology and finished products. you must have resilience and stamina to execute multiple testing iterations.

  • Conduct research, analyze data, and perform simulations to optimize product performance and functionality.

  • Utilize your expertise in product design, consumer sporting goods, mechanical engineering, automotive, CAD, and aerospace simulation to solve complex technical challenges.

  • Take a hands-on approach to building 3D models, prototypes, testing, and iterating on designs.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential, along with an entrepreneurial mindset to navigate the ups and downs of startup life. Prior experience in developing physically engineered prototypes, particularly in 3D printing, is required. Please attach your portfolio.
