YOUR ROLE

• Handle incoming requests via email, calls, and messengers.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the product through guidance from your supervisor and provided study materials.
• Provide professional consultations to clients.
• Maintain the client database and records.
• Invest time in learning and developing expertise in the industry.
• Maintain daily/weekly contact with clients until the conversion is completed and the project enters the operational stage.
• Analyze the market.
• Prepare tailored commercial offers for clients using our database.

Who would be a perfect fit?

• Proficiency in English. Russian and other languages are an advantage, as our clients are located worldwide.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Excellent sales skills, including communication, deal-closing, and a proactive "hunter" mindset, paired with strong teamwork abilities.
• Multitasking skills, with attention to detail and adherence to schedules.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (Office, PDF, Zoom, CRM).
• Previous experience as a sales manager or in a financial institution is an advantage.
• An educational background in legal, fintech, crypto, or related fields is also advantageous.
