In this role, you will take ownership of strategic enterprise relationships across the UK market, driving revenue growth within large, complex organizations. Accountabilities- Own and grow relationships with named enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior decision-makers.
- Drive new ARR and license revenue through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans aligned with regional and annual targets.
- Apply value-based, ROI-driven solution-selling methodologies to position complex enterprise software solutions.
- Qualify, manage, and progress opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from discovery to negotiation and contract closure.
- Collaborate with sales engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver demos, proofs of concept, and tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline and activities using CRM and sales intelligence tools.
- Orchestrate internal and external resources to ensure successful customer outcomes and long-term account growth.
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong record of exceeding targets.
- Proven success selling complex, strategic technology solutions to large organizations.
- Experience engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders across multiple industries.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to clearly articulate business value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining disciplined execution.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven, with a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable working independently within a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency with common productivity and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 50 percent.
