The Job in a Nutshell

Coolbet is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fraud, Risk & Payments Specialist to join our team on the night shift. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing customer pay-out requests and verifying KYC (Know Your Customer) documents. You'll also communicate with payment service providers and customer support on payment and security-related matters. As part of our Fraud, Risk & Payments team, you'll play a key role in ensuring secure transactions, preventing fraud, and maintaining the integrity of our platform. A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Processing customer payout requests efficiently and following established procedures.
• Verifying player accounts and reviewing customer documents with attention to detail.
• Identifying and preventing fraudulent activity to help maintain the integrity of our platform.
• Communicating with payment service providers and collaborating with customer support on payment and security-related matters.
• Looking up missing payments. Applying anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measures during payments and KYC checks.
• Analyzing daily and weekly reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Taking ownership of any issues that arise during the shift, managing them effectively and choosing the most efficient solutions to minimize customer impact and reduce workload.
• Working on a rotating night shift schedule, including weekends, and national holidays. We operate two rotating night shifts: 21:00–05:00 and 00:00–08:00. Typically, the rotation follows a pattern of working four consecutive nights, followed by four nights off.

You're good at

• You have previous experience in fraud prevention and/or customer verification (KYC) roles. Experience in iGaming is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple back-office systems simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a high level of organization.
• Proven ability to multitask, collaborate effectively within a team, and work independently when needed.
• You are proactive and open-minded, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to process improvement.
• Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
