Are you a detail-oriented finance professional ready to lead and shape accounting operations? Citadele Leasing Estonian Branch is looking for a Chief Accountant to drive financial accuracy, lead a dedicated team, and ensure compliance and efficiency across our branch's accounting processes.

GET READY TO:

  • Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring effective organization of work and personnel matters;
  • Ensure accurate and legally compliant accounting in accordance with Estonian legislation and internal company regulations;
  • Prepare financial statements, tax reports, and management reports, ensuring correctness and timeliness;
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and proper accounting, including tax reporting and payments;
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
  • Implement automation solutions to streamline workflows.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Academic or professional higher education in accounting or finance;
  • At least 5 years of prior work experience in financial sector and/or similar position, preferably related to leasing or factoring;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Hands-on experience with process optimization and automation tools;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to think and act across disciplines with solid understanding of economic principles;
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, financial literacy, and insight;
  • Reliable, self-disciplined, honest, open, and goal-oriented personality;
  • Fluency in both Estonian and English languages.
