Customer Service Manager - Sweden

What You Will Enjoy Doing
  • You will lead, motivate, and oversee the customer service team to deliver exceptional service quality while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • In this role, you will develop and implement customer service strategies and policies to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Additionally, you will monitor, assess, and report on customer service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing, to address customer concerns and ensure good communication and issue resolution
  • Furthermore, you will identify service delivery challenges and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience

What Makes You Great
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing teams
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Technology, or related experience
  • You have knowledge and understanding of the EMEA region's diverse markets, regulatory requirements, and cultural dynamics
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable
  • In this role, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across different levels and regions
  • You have demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects or teams simultaneously, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service centers is an advantage
