Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia ERPLY Retail Software Full time €40,000 - €80,000 per year

This is YOUR chance to shine on a global level

We are looking for a Project Manager who would lead our US client projects, which means this role requires the person to be able to work also in the US timezone. This gives the role a flexibility to choose what time (and where) to start and end your eight hour workday.

Erply is a business software company founded in Estonia but known worldwide, whose solutions are used by thousands of stores, restaurants and businesses in more than 30 countries. Our cloud-based POS system and business software helps both small businesses and large franchise chains grow and develop. We are now looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to join our Tallinn office team, who would help us take the customer experience to the next level

Your tasks will include:

  • Lead, motivate and collaborate with an in-house and remote team (developers, QA's, PM's, stakeholders, partners etc.)
  • Guide and execute various projects (e.g. e-commerce, ERP, CRM, payments, etc.)
  • Take responsibility for the entire development process: planning, development, testing (QA and UAT), deployment, and support readiness
  • Map out clients' business needs and translate them into development requirements
  • Advise clients on systems, workflows, and best practices
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships
  • Analyze development requests and create detailed tickets in Erply ticketing system
  • Plan and manage sprints and day-to-day operations within the development team
  • Create and update documentation, test plans, and support materials
  • Manage scope, quality, deadlines, and expectations
  • Ensure nothing goes live before it's thoroughly tested and the team is ready to support it
  • Manage budgets and resources throughout the project lifecycle
  • Resolve issues and obstacles during projects and mitigate risks in collaboration with developers and QA engineers.

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience leading software projects
  • Strong sense of ownership - not just managing, but delivering
  • Leadership experience - you know how to keep devs and other teammates focused
  • Confident communicator in English with both technical teams and business stakeholders (Estonian is a plus, not a must)
  • Background in e-commerce, ERP, or retail/POS systems is a big plus
  • A sharp eye for quality, and the confidence to push back when needed
  • Someone who thinks beyond tickets and roadmaps - and cares about the outcome
  • Very good communication skills and ability to independently advise clients
  • Conscientiousness and systematicity.

We provide you the chance to work in an innovative company where you can help clients elevate their business processes to the next level using top-tier platforms and systems. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with an experienced team while working on exciting projects.

Why Erply?

The business solutions developed by Erply, manages billions of transactions every year in more than 300,000 stores worldwide, supporting more than 15 different languages. We have been trusted by several retail leaders such as Disney, Victorinox, Decathlon, Elizabeth Arden, Birchbox, Porsche and The Athlete's Foot.

We have a friendly and mutually supportive team, we value each other and understand that everyone is different. Our teams consist of people with an international background who work on challenging and exciting projects every day. There's already 80+ people working in our Estonian offices.

We have many activities outside the office, the most popular of which are, for example, an Enduro and fatbike event, visits to the cinema with +1, in-office ping pong competitions, etc.

In addition, we give our employees the opportunity to grow and develop in the direction where the soul desires - for this we offer the opportunity to take courses worth €300 from Udemy every year, and if necessary, we also support other trainings.
