Join us as a Senior Analytics Engineer, where you'll play a key role in extracting valuable insights, guiding strategic business decisions, and contributing to organisational success. We're seeking a candidate who values user-friendly insights and possesses strong analytical skills.

In this role, you'll focus on identifying high-impact opportunities, ensuring swift wins, and making a meaningful impact on our business. Collaboration is key, so work closely with stakeholders and tech-savvy colleagues to create magic in decision-making processes

About You:

You bring a wealth of knowledge and boast over 3 years of hands-on work experience. Your expertise shines through a robust background in data analysis and data engineering.

Showcasing proficiency in:

Expert-level SQL skills, with a strong grasp of performance optimization and data transformation logic.

Experience in designing intuitive, scalable analytical datasets and dimensional data modelling.

Proficiency in modern BI and visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, to build clear, actionable dashboards.

Strong pipeline orchestration experience using tools like Airflow, Dataform, or DBT (or equivalent, depending on stack).

Basic Python skills, especially for data integrations and scripting repeatable workflows.

Your language skills stand out with excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.

In terms of personal attributes, your exceptional communication and presentation skills complement your ability to collaborate seamlessly within a cross-functional team environment.

Furthermore, your experience in collaborating with diverse business units such as Marketing, Finance, and Product, along with your proficiency in data integrations, adds valuable depth to your profile. 

You will be responsible for:

Create & Communicate: Design and build clear, compelling visualizations, dashboards, and reports using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc., to make complex data understandable for everyone.

Build & Maintain: Take ownership of our data ecosystem by building and maintaining robust data warehouse solutions and data transformation pipelines using tools like Airflow or Dataform

Integrate & Innovate: Configure and build critical data integrations, ensuring a seamless flow of information across our platforms.

Ensure Data Integrity: Implement rigorous data validation processes to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of our data assets.

Collaborate & Improve: Work with product and development teams to enhance our data structures and ensure data availability across the entire data platform.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities and yours via continuous learning.
