Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Consultant based in Tallinn, with some work from home. The Business Consultant will be responsible for analyzing and improving clients' sales performance, providing consulting services, conducting sales audits, and recommending and implementing CRM systems. The day-to-day tasks also include developing business strategies, training sales teams, and coaching sales managers. Effective communication with clients to understand their needs and offer viable solutions is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Proven experience in sales and business strategy development
- Experience in consulting or training/developing people
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field
- Fluency in Estonian and English
