Client Relationship Manager

to join our Tallinn team to help lead exciting digital projects and drive our clients' business success.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of creating, maintaining, and growing client relationships.
  • Identify client needs and goals and develop suitable digital strategies.
  • Plan digital media (target audiences, budgets, channels, timing) and manage campaigns from start to finish.
  • Prepare proposals, justify channel choices, and present campaign summaries at client meetings.
  • Analyze campaign results (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Communicate with clients, media channels, and partners, and conduct negotiations.
  • Collaborate with dentsu's international colleagues to deliver outstanding service to shared clients.
  • Manage day-to-day processes, including preparing and registering incoming invoices.

We expect from you:

  • Previous experience in client management, project management, or marketing.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.), including campaign planning and setup.
  • Experience with web analytics setup and use (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to explain complex information clearly and simply.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
  • Capability to understand client business needs from a marketing perspective and proactively offer solutions.
  • Teamwork skills, flexibility, friendliness, and agility.
  • Excellent command of Estonian and English (Russian is an advantage).
