We're looking for our first dedicated marketing hire — a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will
own the global supply funnel of Fox contractors
(gig economy). It's a high-impact role at the intersection of performance marketing, growth ops, and lifecycle automation. If you thrive on building funnels that convert and love seeing your numbers move the business, this is your stage.
Your mission:
- Grow the Fox supply pipeline across all markets through multi-channel lead generation.
- Drive qualified leads through training into active Foxes, optimizing CPA and conversion rates.
- Design and execute lifecycle marketing flows (ActiveCampaign, N8n, etc.).
- Build structured funnel reporting & dashboards — city-level, channel-level, per Fox type.
- Boost 30/60/90-day retention with targeted comms, newsletters, and brand presence in the gig economy.
What success looks like in your first 90 days:
- Turn ~13K idle leads into ≥200 qualified trainees completed, with ≥50% training completion rate.
- Lead-to-first shift compressed to ≤3 days.
- A live dashboard giving full funnel visibility (Leads → Qualified → Training → Active).
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in the gig-economy or contractor recruitment.
- Proven track record running multi-channel budget-friendly campaigns (SM Ads, Google Ads, job portals, etc).
- Passion for data: you know your KPIs, own weekly numeric targets, and can show ROI.
- Experience in lifecycle marketing automation (ActiveCampaign, N8n, Zapier).
- Comfortable with light design (Canva, GPT, PS) for ads and comms.
- Know how to use modern AI-assisted marketing tools to move faster.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience with frontend development (Vue/React, Tailwind or similar).
- Solid understanding of backend basics (
Laravel
, PostgreSQL, APIs). - Previous exposure to ops-heavy or B2B SaaS systems (mobility/logistics a plus).
- UX/UI sensibility — not Dribbble shots, but real usable products.
- Know how to properly use AI-assisted dev tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to move faster.
- Comfortable with Jira, Git, and startup-style workflows.
- Strong English communication. Based in

- Experience in mobility / fleet services recruitment.
- Video content creation skills.
