We're early-stage, well-backed, and working with leading EU agencies/brands. We're hiring our
first marketer
—a founder-minded builder who will architect our growth engine, turn GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) into a must-have discipline, and make the reference point for AI visibility.
What you'll do (scope you own)
- Architect the GTM:
Design and execute our early pilot → case study → scale motion across agencies and enterprise segments. Build the system, not one-offs. - Lead the narrative:
Turn complex tech into an executive-level story. Publish authoritative content (articles, playbooks, whitepapers) that define GEO for CMOs and agency leaders. - Build a PLG engine:
Orchestrate awareness → acquisition → activation. Instrument journeys, remove friction, and deliver the "aha" moment inside the product. - Operationalize the channels:
Stand up our first demand programs (starting with LinkedIn + partner-led), build repeatable campaigns, and ship on a tight cadence. - Enable sales & partners:
Create pitch materials, product briefs, demos, and case studies for direct deals and our reseller ecosystem. - Be the voice of the customer:
Close the loop with founders and product—translate market signals into roadmap and messaging changes.
What you bring (must-haves)
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing
(product/growth/content) for a technical product. - Hands-on PLG experience
from zero → first meaningful activation and retention. - Elite storytelling and writing
—you can make senior leaders care and act. - Data-fluent
with analytics (PostHog/Mixpanel), web analytics, and MA/CRM (HubSpot/SFDC). - Enterprise/agency selling context
—you know how decisions are made and measured. - Full-funnel execution
across content, paid/owned social, lifecycle, and community.
Nice to have
- Built partner/reseller motions or certifications.
- Worked at an AI/ML, search, or martech company.
- Comfort with "category creation" playbooks.
90-day outcomes (how we'll measure success)
- Narrative shipped:
A public content series that anchors GEO and drives qualified conversations (baseline: 2 hero pieces + 4 supporting assets). - Demand engine live:
2–3 repeatable programs (e.g., LI demand gen + webinar + partner co-marketing) with clear CAC/lead quality instrumentation. - Activation uplift:
First-time user activation to "aha" improved by ≥25% vs. baseline, with a documented onboarding hypothesis. - Sales enablement:
Complete enterprise one-pager, demo flow, and 2 case studies. - Partner motion:
v1 partner deck + certification outline; first pilot partners engaged.
How we hire (fast, practical)
Our process screens for
strategic breadth, execution muscle, and community instinct
—people who can design a function, deliver traction with lean resources, and build trust with CMOs/agency leaders.
- 30–40 min online interview
– fit and thinking style. - Case study
– 2–3 slides/1-pager: a 3-month lead-gen plan + one automation workflow (tools, steps, KPIs). Include 3 post headlines and 3 CMO subject lines. (Lean budget mindset.) - Founder meeting & offer.
