Vibe Marketing Officer
— where queer culture meets creativity and AI.

What You'll Do

  • Dream, design, and direct
    creative that feels alive — using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to speed up ideas, not replace taste.
  • Curate culture:
    turn memes, moments, and micro-trends into content that feels instantly "NGT."
  • Collaborate
    with our influencer & partnership lead to ensure every collab
    feels organic, never forced.
  • Keep the vibe consistent
    across socials, email, and campaigns — premium, witty, unapologetically gay.
  • Experiment constantly
    : try new formats, tools, and storytelling angles; test, learn, repeat.

You Might Be the One If You…

  • Live and breathe queer culture, icons, and shows — from "Drag Race" to "Heartstopper" to Vogue's ballroom scene.
  • Can spot a stale trend a week before it dies.
  • Use (or want to master) AI tools for creative work.
  • Have an eye for design — whether you create or art-direct.
  • Think like a creative strategist but talk like a human.
  • Love connecting ideas, data, and pop culture into something shareable.
