Responsibilities
Email Marketing (Strategic Priority)
- Set up, manage, and optimise internal and external email marketing campaigns, including retention flows, newsletters, lifecycle sequences, and one-off promotions.
- Create targeted and segmented campaigns to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Define and launch automated flows (onboarding, upsell, win-back, churn prevention).
- Work with design, content, and analytics teams to A/B test subject lines, layouts, and CTA performance.
- Ensure technical setup (ESP tools, integrations) and GDPR compliance.
- Track performance and continuously improve campaign KPIs (open rate, CTR, CVR).
Promotional Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and coordinate seasonal and product-based promo campaigns.
- Align all promotional messaging across email, website, social, and paid media.
- Maintain the promo calendar, manage approvals, and ensure timely asset delivery.
Website Collaboration
- Oversee website updates related to promotions, including banners, landing pages, and popups.
- Collaborate with dev, design, and content teams to ensure web content is accurate and conversion-driven.
Requirements
Hard Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email/CRM, campaign execution, and website content.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Sendgrid or Mailchimp.
- Proven track record in running and optimising multi-channel campaigns (email, website, paid media).
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills; able to tailor content for different audiences.
- Experience collaborating with design and development teams on landing pages, banners, and UX updates.
- Confident using analytics to track performance and run A/B tests.
- Familiarity with GDPR and email marketing compliance
Soft Skills
- Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Proactive, data-driven, and results-focused.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
