We would like to invite you to join our team as a Marketing Manager for Estonia, where you will lead the local marketing team and take responsibility for the implementation of Baltic-level campaigns. Fixed-term position to cover a period of maternity leave
Your Main Tasks In This Role Are

  • Take ownership of marketing campaigns across both local and Baltic levels, utilizing own and paid media channels.
  • Supervise and guide the local marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of objectives.
  • Oversee periodic marketing and sales promotion campaigns, ensuring smooth launch and proper management of budget, timelines, and execution.
  • Work in close cooperation with Category Managers and retail regional managers.
  • Actively collaborate with creative, media, social media, and PR agencies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns.

  • University degree or the equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
  • Analytical background and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Very strong project management skills.
  • Experience running big scale marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities.
  • Eager to learn and growth in dynamic market.
  • Attention to details with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to make decisions to automate and optimise work.
  • Fluent Estonian and professional English language.
