As a Cloud Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping our cloud systems running smoothly. You'll help manage and support applications hosted in AWS, assist with setting up and maintaining automated processes, and contribute to monitoring and reporting through observability tools. You'll support internal workflows that enable reliable software delivery, collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure systems are secure and dependable, and take part in incident response and troubleshooting with guidance from senior colleagues.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Assist in managing and supporting company systems hosted in the cloud (primarily AWS).

  • Help with setting up and maintaining automated processes for system provisioning and configuration.

  • Support the upkeep of internal tools and workflows that ensure smooth software delivery.

  • Contribute to system monitoring and reporting by working with observability platforms.

  • Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure reliable and secure business applications.

  • Participate in incident response and troubleshooting with guidance from senior colleagues.

What Makes You a Great Fit:
  • 1–2 years of experience working with cloud environments (AWS knowledge such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch).

  • Familiarity with automation tools or configuration management (experience with Terraform or similar tools is a plus).

  • Basic scripting ability (Bash or Python) to support automation and routine tasks.

  • Exposure to monitoring and alerting solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, or similar).

  • Understanding of software delivery workflows; experience with pipeline tools is an advantage (Gitlab experience would be plus)

  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
