What You Will Do

  • You would be part of the Brokerage team and you would be playing a key role in helping us to scale with the growing customer needs
  • You would be running daily processes to execute all corporate actions in US, Europe and Baltics markets - in addition to supporting other areas of the brokerage
  • You will be using your business knowledge and analytical skills to solve complex problems in figuring out new and effective ways to process operational tasks
  • You would be working side by side with the product and engineers to enable data-driven decisions, build tooling or generate insights

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the Corporate Actions field in executing and analysing them
  • Experience in other relevant Brokerage fields is a plus: reconciliation, client money coverage and best execution
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial services
  • You feel comfortable wearing multiple hats and have a hands-on approach
  • Deep customer focus, desire and record of solving problems for customers
  • Ideally, self-sufficient in using data to make decisions and measure results
  • Having worked in a startup environment is a plus; having worked with product engineering teams to build things is a plus
