We are looking for
Strategic Planning Specialist
to support the Strategy, Capabilities and Coordination Unit. The unit drives eu-LISA's strategic and operational planning, corporate reporting, and coordination, ensuring effective governance, knowledge management, and collaboration across the Agency.
The position is based in
Tallinn, Estonia
. It is primarily an on-site role with the possibility of hybrid working, in line with eu-LISA's policies.
About the Job
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting eu-LISA's strategic planning, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data, producing insightful reports, and facilitating effective decision-making across the Agency.
You will:
- Lead the drafting and data management of eu-LISA's planning and reporting documents (SPD, CAAR, IR).
- Ensure high-quality data in Anaplan and create insightful Power BI reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate across Units and with stakeholders to coordinate planning activities and share critical information.
- Conduct EU policy analyses and prepare presentations for governance bodies.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, manage document flows, and maintain processes and procedures.
- Support operational management and execute additional tasks related to corporate planning and reporting.
What is required of your profile:
- A university degree (minimum 3 years) awarded by an EU Member State, or recognised as equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience, preferably in a public or international organisation.
- Strong skills in data management, including Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel, with attention to detail and data quality.
- Proven experience in drafting, coordinating, and supporting planning or reporting documents, ideally in an EU or international context.
- Good command of written and spoken English (minimum B2).
- You hold the nationality of an EU Member State, or of Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland.
- Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
