Client Support in Greece

About the Role:
We are looking for a Client Support Advisor to join our team in Piraeus, Greece, supporting customers for a leading e-cigarette company. This is a relationship-building role, where you will assist users on their journey to quit smoking and switch to alternative tobacco products.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer support via voice, email, social media, and video calls.
- Guide users on charging devices, ordering refills, finding service locations, and troubleshooting issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth transition to alternative products.
- Handle inquiries about shipping details and order statuses.
- Location: Piraeus, Greece
- Working Hours: Monday - Sunday, 09:00 - 19:00
- Fluency in Estonian, Russian, and English (spoken & written).
- 21 years or older.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Ability to conduct video calls with customers.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
