About the role

As a Senior CRM Manager at Wallester, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with the most strategic and high-value clients in our Wallester Business portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs, strong commercial insight, and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor and growth partner.

You will take full ownership of complex accounts, lead high-impact initiatives, and proactively drive long-term value for both the client and Wallester. The position combines strategic portfolio management, commercial development, and cross-functional coordination to ensure exceptional service and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs and business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients and partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to client account management
  • Proaсtively manage and expand the client portfolio through strategic engagement and relationship development
  • Conduct regular outreach to existing clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Analyze client activity and identify areas for improvement, optimization, or potential growth
  • Handle complex client requests and manage issue escalations or delegations effectively
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver a seamless and efficient client experience
  • Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders
  • Operate independently, managing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Economics/Sociology/Law, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in client account or relationship management
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with large international corporations
  • Strong independent thinking and self-starter mentality
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate across all organizational levels, from technical personnel to senior management
  • Formal presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
