Join us as a temporary team member during a parental leave period.

As a People and Culture Specialist,

you will play a critical role in providing HR support to business stakeholders on HR policy queries and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. You will refer complex questions to the appropriate group, provide on-site support, and coordinate key projects in line with strategic objectives and priorities. Additionally, you will provide employee and manager support for Workday and global HR processes and act as a backup to the Employee Lifecycle Admin in handling queries in the ServiceNow HR tool.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise business stakeholders on HR policy queries and refer complex questions to the appropriate group

- Execute HR administrative tasks that require local legislation knowledge

- Provide on-site support for processes where physical presence is required

- Coordinate key projects on the local level in line with strategic objectives and priorities

- Provide people support by documenting and communicating recurring/significant issues and frequently asked questions to ensure proactive communication with employees and managers

- Maintain a thorough awareness and understanding of Stora Enso HR processes and policies

- Coordinate the recruitment process

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should:

- have prior experience in a similar role within Estonia, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

- be adaptable, able to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously

- be a proactive team player with excellent multilingual communication skills (Estonian and English are mandatory)

 - have a passion for providing HR support to business stakeholders, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
