With factories in the Netherlands, China, and India, and exports to over 20 European countries, our Estonian branch is responsible for the Baltics and Scandinavia.

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and accurate Sales Secretary to join our friendly and professional team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Sales Director and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Main ResponsibilitiesReceive, enter, and manage customer orders in the systemCommunicate with customersSupport the sales department in day-to-day activitiesPrepare sales reports and maintain documentationPrepare, issue, and archive invoices; maintain debtor overviewMonitor stock levels and follow up on order/purchase order confirmationsProvide administrative and office support (incl. occasional tasks in the Rakvere warehouse)Collaborate proactively with the Netherlands team
