About us

We're launching a new international venture dedicated to supporting and scaling next-generation 
unmanned systems
. We invest in innovation while building the operational backbone to take ideas from concept to deployment.

As we start, we're seeking a 
Chief HR Officer
 to establish and lead our global HR function. This is a unique opportunity to shape the 
talent, culture, and people strategy
 of a new company from day one.

What you'll do

  • Design the HR vision:
     Develop and implement HR strategy across 
    recruitment, retention, and compliance
     for a multinational team.
  • Build global systems:
     Establish 
    HR processes and platforms
     (payroll, benefits, performance, policies) across 
    Estonia, Luxembourg, and the US
    .
  • Grow talent:
     Partner with leadership to drive 
    organizational development, leadership training, and succession planning
    .
  • Foster culture:
     Champion employee engagement, professional development, and a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Stay compliant:
     Ensure HR policies align with 
    Estonian, EU, and US employment law
    ; manage audits and reporting as needed.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years
     of HR leadership in 
    multinational organizations
     (ideally fast-growth or VC-backed environments).
  • Expertise in 
    Estonian and EU employment law
    ; experience with US HR frameworks a plus.
  • Proven track record building HR systems across borders.
  • Strong 
    people leadership, OD, and coaching skills
    .
  • Fluent English
     required; Estonian strongly preferred.
  • Independent work style and ability to make decisions.
