Job Description

  • Work closely with leading sellers in Turkiye and abroad, supporting them in achieving business growth and success.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions, site demonstrations, and product or technology tutorials.
  • Assist in identifying tailored solutions to improve client satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Monitor client engagement and use analytical tools to track key performance indicators and overall progress.
  • Introduce clients to advanced analytics and reporting tools for better business insights.
  • Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and best practices.
  • Support the promotion and adoption of new services and tools among existing and potential clients.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (C1 level) and Turkish (C2 level).
  • 3-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in client relations, account management, or e-commerce support.
  • Strong command of CRM and analytical platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Practical knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to relocate to Estonia (visa sponsorship provided).

Salary
