At Evocon, we build visual and user-friendly OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) software that helps manufacturing companies improve productivity and reduce waste. We currently maintain a presence in over 56 countries and cover 16 different industries.
As Evocon continues to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Lead to strengthen our team. In this role, you will contribute to shaping our marketing strategy and lead the execution of growth initiatives. You will lead demand generation and brand-building activities across multiple channels, while also overseeing key marketing infrastructure such as our website, automation flows, and analytics. Additionally, you will manage and develop a small, high-performing marketing team.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2B SaaS marketer with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that generate a strong pipeline. You should be a data-driven and strategic thinker with hands-on experience in demand generation tactics. This role is suited for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about driving results and has a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to marketing strategy and lead the execution of initiatives aligned with revenue goals to drive qualified leads.
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, paid, content, and PR.
- Oversee budget allocation and ensure effective use of marketing spend.
- Monitor and analyze funnel and campaign performance, using insights to optimize activities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to ensure marketing activities generate qualified leads.
- Oversee the development of marketing messaging and sales enablement materials, ensuring consistency with brand positioning.
- Manage Evocon's website, working with external agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize both content and technical performance.
Skills/experience you require
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of creating and executing demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline.
- Strong knowledge of demand generation tactics, including content marketing, email nurturing, PPC, paid social, and retargeting.
- Experience leading and mentoring a small team.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize performance across the funnel.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools, including HubSpot, WordPress, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- The ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
