PV & BESS Business Development Manager
Tallinn, Estonia
Main Responsibilities:

  • Setting strategic sales direction matching both with customer and Huawei;
  • Manage and monitor and sales /delivery operation /customer relation exploration in Estonia;
  • Successfully executes a brand and messaging strategy that positions Huawei as an industry leader in the alternative energy industry;
  • Initiates and implements strategic alliances with Investors / Developers / General Contractors;
  • Identify and win key projects of key customer, ensure testing site/breakthrough/customer satisfaction;
  • Be responsible for client relationship development and also full in charge of market share development;
  • Take the lead on developing project team and ensure the passing-on of Huawei core value & improvement of work skill.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in Energy/Electrical field, or B2B sales experience preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales;
  • Success-oriented, management experience is a must;
  • Work from the office in Tallin with frequent business trips in Estonia;
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fast-pace environment in a cross culture organization;
  • A keen affinity for technical products;
  • Good communication in English and Estonian language.
