Key Responsibilities Content Management Support

• Assist with the updating website blog articles via the CMS, including inserting relevant internal links, updating CTAs, and ensuring tracking parameters are correctly applied
  
• Support the senior content manager by uploading and formatting content in the CMS
  
• Contribute to basic content writing and editing tasks when needed, maintaining tone of voice and accuracy
  
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of a shared resource centre (e.g. a team wiki) containing essential marketing materials, such as logos, brand guidelines, product descriptions, ICPs, and competitor lists
  

Research & Analysis

• Conduct basic competitor research, including monitoring blogs, whitepapers, social media, and webinar activity
  
• Compile and maintain a database of industry publications that accept paid content, with information on pricing, reach, target audience, and submission guidelines (by country)
  
• Support in identifying and evaluating online listings platforms relevant to target markets and assist in the creation and submission of company profiles

Visual Content & SEO Assets

• Support the marketing team in creating basic images using Figma.

Social Media & Forum Engagement

• Act as a community manager on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, ensuring timely responses, fostering engagement, and upholding brand tone and values
  
• Monitor key industry forums and affiliate platforms, posting relevant content regularly to maintain visibility and stimulate discussion
  
• Identify and track meaningful conversations across social media channels; draft initial responses or comments to engage the audience authentically
  
• Assist in scheduling social media posts and monitoring performance metrics across platforms, reporting on reach, engagement, and opportunities for improvement
  
• Flag user feedback or recurring questions to the content or product teams for future content development or action

Marketing Coordination & Collaboration

• Act as a junior marketing partnership manager, helping to coordinate deliverables and maintain positive partner relationships

Administrative Support

• Support internal communication needs such as briefings, presentations, and asset organisation

Requirements:

• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
  
• Familiarity with content management systems and marketing tools (e.g. WordPress, Canva, Figma, Google Analytics)
  
• Clear and confident written communication in English
  
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media metrics, and digital marketing principles
  
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn more about the fintech space and content strategy
  
• Ability to manage time effectively when handling both creative and administrative tasks
