Sisu Group is a fast growing iGaming startup with offices in Tallinn and Malaga, and over 150 team members. So far in 2024, we have successfully launched two brands, ReSpin and Epicbet, on our proprietary platform. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Campaign & Content Coordinator to join our fast-paced and innovative team in the iGaming industry. This hybrid role combines creative content development with campaign execution support, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute across key areas of the business. You will be responsible for producing and managing high-quality, engaging iGaming content while supporting the execution and optimisation of group-wide campaigns across Sports and Casino verticals.

What you bring to the role:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative and adaptable, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to specific audiences.
• Strong multitasking, planning, and time management abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Hands-on experience in content creation, curation, community engagement, and translation coordination - ideally within the iGaming or gaming sector.

• Comfortable working with content management systems (CMS), familiar with AI tools, and equipped with a basic understanding of SEO.

• Genuine enthusiasm for gaming and a strong interest in the iGaming industry.

• Ability to make quick, well-informed decisions under pressure, ensuring both speed and quality in dynamic environments.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related
  field (or equivalent work experience).
• Knowledge of iGaming trends, popular games, and industry-specific
  terminology.

You will be responsible for:

Content Creation & Management:

• Develop, curate, and publish engaging content including game reviews, guides, news, and promos.

• Maintain content calendars for consistent and timely publishing across platforms.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content aligns
  with the brand's tone of voice, compliance, and market trends.

• Apply SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and performance.

Translation & Localisation:

• Coordinate with agencies and local teams to deliver accurate, culturally relevant translations.

• Review and proofread localised content to ensure quality and consistency.

Platform & Content Operation:

• Upload and manage content across SISU and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.

• Monitor content performance using CMS tools and analytics, and support ongoing optimisation based on insights.

Campaign Coordination Support:

• Support the execution of local and global marketing campaigns across Sports and Casino verticals.

• Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholder input to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery.

• Assist with post-campaign analysis and contribute to continuous improvement of future campaigns.
