We are looking for a Sportsbook Operations Content Analyst to join our team, with a key focus on the Swedish and Finnish markets, and additional support for Estonia and Denmark. This is a hybrid role combining sportsbook expertise with a marketing and content mindset.

You will be responsible for ensuring our sportsbook is locally relevant and competitive by creating custom specials, highlighting local and high-profile events, coordinating with CRM and marketing teams to align promotional strategies and conduct data analysis.

Job responsibilities:

  • Create and manage localized sportsbook specials tailored to Swedish, Finnish, Estonian and Danish market;
  • Ensure timely and relevant promotion of local and high-interest events across all platforms;
  • Collaborate with Marketing & CRM teams to ensure content is engaging, timely, and well-positioned;
  • Monitor and update the sportsbook homepage and key landing pages with the right promotions and local events;
  • Conduct market research on competitor offerings to ensure we remain locally competitive;
  • Maintain content accuracy and proactively suggest improvements for engagement and user experience;
  • Contribute to broader campaign planning and execution with a sportsbook focus;
  • Conduct data analysis of market trends and the performance of localized content to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Our expectations:

  • Fluency in Swedish and/or Finnish;
  • Strong understanding of sports betting markets and customer behavior in the Nordics;
  • Experience with sportsbook or iGaming platforms;
  • Good understanding of local sports calendars, trends, and customer interests;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
