The Opportunity

We invite you to apply for the role of Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in Accounts Receivable within an international environment and contribute to a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Join our Common Shared Service team in Tallinn and play an important role in delivering high-quality financial services that support our global operations.

How you will make an impact 

  • Perform accurate and timely reporting on sales invoices
  • Manage sales ledger transactions, incoming receipts, and account balance checks
  • Prepare analysis and reports, including month-end reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal control requirements in the sales ledger function
  • Take responsibility for your own actions while supporting colleagues and the business

Your background

  • Education in Finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to manage routine tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of SAP and Excel is an advantage
