As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be part of a team at the Tallinn Business Service Center, helping to support and grow business in the Nordic and Baltic regions. Your primary role will be to provide support via email to our customers and suppliers, using your initiative to contribute to the business.

Day-to-day:

  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and manage your backlog.

  • Provide a high level of support to our Nordic and Baltic customers and vendors.

  • Create vendor documentation.

  • Learn about vendor products and services to support customer inquiries.
