We're looking for a driven and hands-on
French or German Speaking Sales & Growth Specialist
to join our dynamic team. This role is a unique mix of proactive sales and marketing for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and enjoys building relationships and creating content.

You'll play a key role in growing our international presence, connecting with new business partners, representing Pala at fairs, and bringing the Pala brand to life across multiple channels. What you'll do

  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers internationally, with a focus on French- or German-speaking markets
  • Proactively reach out to potential partners through cold calls, email outreach, and social selling
  • Lead the customer onboarding process and ensure a seamless handover from first contact to long-term collaboration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM to support clear reporting and sales forecasting
  • Act as a community manager across Pala`s digital platforms, engaging with our audience and nurturing relationships
  • Coordinate with brand ambassadors and influencer partners to grow visibility and credibility
  • Coordinate campaigns with retail and other partners
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging, AI-assisted content including blog posts, articles, and social media updates
  • Manage and optimize content across key channels: Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Support website content updates to ensure messaging is aligned with brand and business goals

You are a perfect match if you:

    You have 2-3 years of B2B sales experience and feel confident pitching products, building relationships, and turning leads into long-term partners.

    You know your way around social media platforms and marketing tools, and are comfortable using AI to create content and drive engagement.

    You speak and write fluent English and have professional-level fluency in French or German to connect with international clients confidently.

    You know how to prioritize tasks, keep your CRM tidy, and follow through without letting anything fall through the cracks.
