We are looking for an
experienced People & Culture Manager
to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Your mission:

As the
People & Culture Manager at Bisly
, your mission is to build and foster an inspiring, supportive, and high-performing workplace where employees feel engaged, valued, and empowered to grow. You will be the driving force behind shaping Bisly's culture, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring that every stage of the employee journey — from recruitment to daily operations — reflects our values and contributes to our long-term success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the end-to-end recruitment process whilst improving the Employer branding and increasing Bisly's reputation as an employer;
  • Manage and lead the full employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding;
  • Preparing and managing all the employment related documentation and guidelines;
  • Oversee HRIS (Personio) management, maintaining accurate employee records and system data integrity;
  • Assessment of Employees' satisfaction that results in giving feedback and making improvement proposals to the Leadership team (eNPS surveys, Engagement Surveys etc.);
  • Ensuring the competitiveness of the remuneration as well as bonus system within the organization in co-operation with the Management;
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth & ensure the necessary competences across company;
  • Partnering with managers to support them in resolving their leadership challenges;
  • Implementation of initiatives and improvements related to health and safety at work;
  • Planning and execution of Employee oriented events and initiatives;
  • Internal communication related to any matters relevant to the Employees and work environment, changes etc.;
  • Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, budgeting processes and whether needed equipment (e.g. hot desk) is available for Employees.

  • Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Data driven approach to people management;
  • Tech-savvy & innovative approach to solutions
  • HR leadership experience with a focus on culture and high performance;
  • Understanding of contractual law in Estonia, knowledge of UK and German law is a bonus;
  • Ability to build strong relationships and engage with employees at all levels;
  • Experience in coaching and developing leaders;
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution;
  • Kick ass attitude
