Join us as our next Midterm Planning Officer and help keep our operations flying smoothly In this key role, you'll plan and coordinate flights, crew schedules, and resources to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that crew activities are scheduled in a timely, efficient and effective manner and according to Marabu Airlines Operations Manuals
  • Ensure that local procedures are followed
  • Check flight coverage from 72h onwards
  • Line Training planning, tracking and recovery
  • Assist crew members with roster related queries
  • Follow crews legal flight duty and rest periods in accordance to OM- A Chapter 7
  • Ensure all information inserted in Crew Management System is accurate, precise and legal
  • In cooperation with Commercial department handle ad-hoc flight requests
  • Check FDP and minimum and available crew needed for ad-hoc flights
  • Coordinate information with NPFO regarding crew legality for the periods agreed
  • If requested by Direct Supervisor, prepare overview reports
  • Monitor roster disruptions on monthly basis to minimize further roster disruptions

Requirements

  • Experience in airline or airport operations
  • Familiar with EASA Flight Time Limitations (FTL)
  • Well-versed in Crew Planning Systems
  • Solution-orientation and ability to make quick decisions
  • Precision-driven, with an eye for the smallest details
  • Communicator with excellent negotiation skills
  • Flexibility and proactivity
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
