We are PEOPLE HUNT, a recruitment agency specializing in top talent for the iGaming industry.
On behalf of a fast-growing international brand, we're looking for a CRM Designer - a creative professional who combines speed, precision, and taste.
Your mission: make every CRM touchpoint - email, popup, in-app banner, or image - instantly recognizable and impossible to ignore.
You'll collaborate closely with CRM managers and copywriters to translate campaign ideas into visuals that drive engagement, conversions, and loyalty.
Campaign Visual Production
Create visuals for CRM campaigns: email headers, in-app popups, push notifications, and banners.
Optimize assets for different formats (desktop, mobile, tablet).
Maintain visual clarity and consistency, even under tight deadlines.
CRM-First Thinking
Understand CRM communication logic - from triggered messages to segmented campaigns.
Design with purpose: every visual should enhance message clarity and maximize CTR.
Test and iterate based on engagement data and A/B testing results.
Brand Consistency
Follow brand visual identity guidelines: color, typography, tone, and composition.
Ensure all CRM assets reflect the brand's bold and confident attitude.
Adapt visuals across sub-brands while maintaining a unified style and DNA.
Quality & Detail
Double-check text readability, alignment, proportions, and CTA placement.
Maintain perfect visual hierarchy to guide the user's eye toward key actions.
Collaborate with the Design Lead to maintain a shared component system and visual library.
2+ years of experience in digital or CRM design (iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce preferred).
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
Keen eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
Collaborative mindset - open communication with CRM, Product, and Copy teams.
Experience designing for email platforms (e.g., Braze, , Salesforce).
Basic understanding of HTML email structure and image optimization.
Familiarity with user segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
Knowledge of gaming or entertainment visuals (bonus mechanics, missions, streaks, etc.).
