As a 
Sales assistant

, you'll be the go-to support person for our sales team – helping ensure that contracts are signed on time, client background checks are done thoroughly, and daily tasks run smoothly. Your role will be essential in keeping our sales process organized and efficient, allowing our salespeople to focus on what they do best – building relationships and closing deals. But your journey doesn't stop there. This role is a great springboard for developing your own skills and growing within the world of sales. You'll gain hands-on experience, work closely with sales professionals, and have the chance to expand your role over time based on your interests and strengths.

What You'll do:

  • Prepare and manage sales contracts and documentation
  • Conduct background checks on potential clients or partners (e.g. company registry, credit checks)
  • Assist sales team members with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Help organize meetings, follow-ups, and customer communication
  • Maintain and update sales databases and records
  • Support other sales-related tasks that help our salespeople focus on closing deals

What we're looking for:

  • Prior experience in a support, administrative, or assistant role (experience in a sales environment is a plus)
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Estonian
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and trustworthiness
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
