Sportsbook Campaign Manager, Europe

The Job in a Nutshell

As a key member of the Sportsbook Campaigns team, you'll be responsible for shaping the marketing strategy for Sportsbook campaigns in Europe & Canada and ensuring its execution across all relevant channels, including on-site campaigns and CRM. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing Operations, Project Managers, Country Managers, and the Sportsbook department to create engaging campaigns that attract new players and keep existing ones active and entertained. A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Gaining insights into customers, industry trends, and behaviors in Coolbet's European and Canadian markets, while creating, executing, and managing Sportsbook marketing campaigns, owning the central CRM, and collaborating with Country Managers on both central and local campaigns.
• Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, player behavior, and KPIs, using insights to optimize marketing strategies and bonus spending.
• Running A/B tests on campaigns to improve their effectiveness.
• Managing the Sportsbook marketing budget efficiently.
• Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to spot opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Supporting special projects, cross-functional collaborations, and responding to our Services department queries on Slack.

You're good at

• You have a higher education in a marketing-related field and 3+ years of overall industry experience, including at least 1 year in a marketing-focused role. Previous leadership experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• You are passionate about sports and driven to create and optimize engaging campaigns, with familiarity with European and Canadian sports culture and market-specific customer behaviors being a strong advantage.
• Skilled at analyzing campaign performance and providing strategic recommendations. Creative and detail-oriented, with strong collaboration, communication, and planning skills.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and stay focused while acting decisively under pressure. You can prioritize tasks, solve problems, multitask, and take initiative.
• Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.
