Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager (Surety Insurance) located in Tallinn, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and providing tailored surety insurance solutions. Daily tasks will include market research, client presentations, negotiation of terms, and collaborating with underwriters and other colleagues to deliver optimal risk management strategies. The role also involves monitoring industry trends and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Business Development and Client Relationship Management
- Proficient understanding of Surety Insurance and Risk Management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Market research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
