Service-oriented, Experienced, And Ambitious Character
We are looking for a motivated person, who wants to be actively involved in developing our business activities in Estonia. We are looking for a technically skilled colleague who wants to drive digitization in the construction and facility management industry on a broad front and who is genuinely interested in providing our customers with an excellent Dalux experience.

Some of your daily responsibilities as Sales Executive will include:

  • Identify new potential customers, thoroughly understand their needs and match them with our high-end digital solutions
  • Confidently handle complex B2B software sales processes according to strategy and maintain strong relations with both new and existing customers
  • Successfully implement Dalux software in the Customer's organization and train their super users – both online and directly at the construction site
  • Constantly deepen your practical skills in the use of our software
  • Engage in various marketing activities such as attending conferences, Dalux events, trade shows, and seminars as well as conducting webinars focusing on Dalux products
  • Participate actively in our internal network at Dalux

The position requires some travelling, mainly in Estonia and to Denmark.

Your background
You are native in Estonian and fluent in English. You have a degree in construction, business development, or a related area. Proven and substantial B2B SaaS sales skills are essential as well as the ability to quickly gain deep knowledge of new software solutions. Furthermore, we expect you to have thorough knowledge of the construction industry in Estonia. Having worked at a construction site is an additional advantage.
