Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for building impactful brand relationships? We're seeking an ambitious Brand Partnership Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll focus on acquiring new brand partnerships and maintaining strong client communication throughout the process.

What you will do…

  • Identify, prospect, and establish a diverse portfolio of brands.
  • Demonstrate success in conducting negotiations that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Nurture long-term connections through consistent communication, understanding client goals, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure clients experience a smooth onboarding process, setting them up for immediate and sustained success.
  • Monitor, analyze, and enhance client advertising performance to deliver maximum value.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and relationship-building goals.

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in online advertising, digital media, affiliate marketing or influencer marketing.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A passion for identifying and addressing the unique needs of brands by delivering tailored advertising solutions.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset, paired with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to achieving shared objectives.
