Your role:
- Engage with both new and existing customers, via email, phone and other platforms, introducing them to cutting-edge solutions that can transform their business operations
- More than just closing deals - you'll be a trusted advisor, helping customers understand and harness the full potential of our platform
- Answer queries, address concerns, and proactively offer insights that meet customers unique needs, ensuring they get the best value from Erply
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities that align with our business objectives
- Present our services effectively and share key information with prospects
- Support the Sales team by identifying opportunities and driving engagement
- Keep accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and client details in the company CRM
- Commit to achieving sales goals, and in turn, unlock opportunities for personal and professional growth within our global company.
What we're looking for:
- You can think on your feet and navigate different situations with ease
- Excellent argumentation skills and the ability to turn a no into a yes
- A can-do attitude with a knack for building and maintaining positive relationships
- Fluency in Estonian and English (both verbal and written)
- A proactive, results-driven mindset
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
