We are seeking a proactive and strategic
Sales & Partnerships Manager
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding business partners to expand the company's sales network in Estonia and to cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting and growing relationships with existing local partners. This position is pivotal to expanding our market reach and achieving revenue targets.
Your role:
- Partner Onboarding:
Identify, engage, and onboard new business partners to expand the company's network for selling extended warranty and GAP insurance products. - Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring they are well-supported and engaged. - Negotiation and Closing:
Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with new clients or partners. - Training and Support:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for partner sales teams to effectively present and sell insurance products. - Performance Monitoring:
Track partner performance metrics and implement tailored strategies to improve their sales conversion rates. - Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement partnership programs that align with company goals. - Feedback Loop:
Gather feedback from partners and collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and marketing materials. - Market Analysis:
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to provide insights and recommendations. - Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, conversion rates, and market insights for senior management.
You Will Succeed If You:
- Are passionate about sales and business growth.
- Have over 3-5+ years of experience in sales, partnership management, or business development (experience in insurance/automotive industry is a plus).
- Focus on results rather than processes.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve partner engagement.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Embrace continuous improvement and personal growth.
- Fluent in Estonian and English.
- Your Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
