Who We're Looking For

We're on the lookout for a driven and people-focused
B2B Field Sales Specialist
to join our growing team You'll be hitting the streets - mainly in the hospitality scene - connecting with venues from our target database, making daily in-person visits, and turning prospects into happy merchants. If you're energetic, love meeting new people, and ready to grow into a future sales leader, this one's for you

What You'll Do

  • Understand the hospitality industry and how our product benefits merchants.
  • Conduct a high volume of venue visits and pitches per day: 50% of your time will be out of the office, in the field - pitching our payment products to Estonian hospitality venues.
  • Record all sales activity within our sales CRM.
  • Manage client merchant relationships.
  • Help shape Go-To-Market strategy in real-time.
  • Communicate to all heads of departments within a globally regulated fintech company, and interact with leadership on a daily basis.
  • Integrate with the Sales, Product, Account Management and Marketing team.
  • Attend and participate in industry events.
  • Play an immediate and vital role within the company's plans.
  • Your own personal business network will grow exponentially each and every day as you meet and pitch business owners.
  • Your market interactions will directly impact product development.

What You Bring

  • Full time located in Tallinn, Estonia.
  • Previous B2B sales experience within the hospitality and/or payments and/or financial services industries.
  • Professional level of English and Estonian.
  • (+) knowledge of acquiring/ payments/ POS/ software/ platform products.
  • Tech-savviness & a good speed behind the keyboard.
  • Strong interest in learning new things and constant self-development.
  • An ambitious and motivated personality.
